TalentXM is a Media Platform that combines the philosophy of Experience Management (XM) with Talent Acquisition. Our goal is to offer a unique experience for both Job Seeker & Hiring Personnel. 

Not to be mistaken for today's standard Recruiting Service, we host Podcast-Style "interviews" with working professionals, providing context unique to our guests that goes beyond a resume.
