Broadcast Overview

Mission:


TalentXM is quite passionate about the Candidate/Recruiter Experience as it relates to the Hiring Process. Within the organizational function of Human Resources, too often I find the sub-function of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting fall short in upholding the Key purpose of HR and why it was even introduced during the Industrial Revolution. 


“The well-being of the worker is critical to worker productivity.”


Although a given organization may have been around for many years, to a potential new hire, this is possibly a new chapter in their life. Therefore, if using the logic of the above quote, I believe the “well-being of the worker” begins with Talent Acquisition.

With your help (and hopefully others), I hope to address the transactional nature of recruiting practices, while introducing a more Human approach by way of dialogue. 


Conversation will have a very organic and natural flow. When given a script, Mark has a knack for not sticking to it! Mark's promise is to indulge in his curious/inquisitive nature when conversing with you. However, YOU are the star of the show, so what you put into it, is what you get out!

  8. For any Recruiters/Hiring Managers you connect with in the future, what are some "Must-Knows" about you, that they should take note of prior to contacting?
